You may return an artwork within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked, in accordance with EU consumer law. To start a return, email hello@hanna.gallery. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging; return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork, to the original payment method.
Custom and commissioned works are exempt from the right of withdrawal and are non-returnable, except in case of damage or defect.
